Martin Hunter was an actor at Hart House Theatre during the 1950's. He began directing plays at Hart House Theatre in 1969 with Sergeant Musgrave's Dance. Soon after, Martin became Artistic Director of the Hart House Theatre at University of Torono.

One of my early theatre assignment in Toronto was to do the poster photograph for Sergeant Musgrave's Dance in my home studio in our house on Scollard Street in Toronto. As well as the poster, I did the general and press photography for this and many plays that followed over the next dozen years.
